(1935 - 2018) - Passed away peacefully at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Friday January 4th, 2019 in her 84th year. Beloved wife of Robert Greenwood for 58 years. Loving mother of Mike and his wife Serlena, and Rory and his wife Anna. Dear grandmother of Robert, Ryan, Rannie, Megan, and Benjamin. She will be missed by all. Gert suffered a short battle with cancer in the last year; however she remained strong and always had a smile to share while putting others ahead of herself. At Gert’s request no visitation or services will be held.
