HAINES, John W.

Peacefully with family at his side, at the Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Orillia, on Thursday, December 23rd, 2021 at the age of 80 years.  John Haines of Severn, beloved husband and best friend of Kathy Patton.  Loving father of Cindy Haines, Sherri Haines and John Haines Jr. (predeceased).  Cherished grandpa of Monica (Lee) Spear, Danielle (Ryan) Oudesluys, Robert (Joanne) Greenhalgh, Amber Koprla, Brandon Engelage (predeceased), Brett Engelage, great grandpa of Madison Dunn (Matt Detta), Linzi Spear, Alexa Spear, Rosie Oudesluys, Quinn Oudesluys, Lily Greenhalgh and great great grandpa of Ella Detta.  Adored son of the late Ruby Blair.  Dear brother of Marilyn (predeceased), Nancy and Susan.  He will be sadly missed by his niece Wendy (Rob) and nephew Mike.  Cremation has taken place.  A Celebration of Life to take place at a later date.  If desired, memorial donations to the Lung Association would be appreciated.  Messages of condolence are welcomed at www.mundellfuneralhome.com
