It is with heavy hearts and gratitude for a long life well lived that the family of Eva Elinor Hay (nee Pattenden) announce her peaceful passing at Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital on September 1/2022 at the age of 94.
Loving wife for 69 years of Andrew Hay (predeceased).
Loving daughter of Albert and Mary Pattenden (predeceased), dear sister to David Pattenden of Kingston and Marjorie Sloan (predeceased). Sadly missed by her children Linda Dutton ( Don) of Calgary, Peggy Madill (Gerald) of Marchmont, Michael Hay (Corey) of Wasaga Beach
Much loved grandmother of Tamara Bell (Brian) Barrie, Krista Hastings (Brent) Orillia, Leanne Popko (Jason) Calgary, James Scott (Rachel) Tillsonburg, Kyle Hay (Monica) New Brunswick, Tyler Hay (Nicole) Edmonton.
She was dearly loved by 15 great grandchildren.
The family greatly appreciate the special care given to their great gramma in her final week by Paige, Jaida, and Brooke Faragher.
A celebration of life will be held at, 45 Hawthorn Place (Oro Medonte) L3V 0R7 on Saturday September 24/2022. Family and friends are welcome to drop in from 1:30 - 4:30 PM .
