Passed away peacefully at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, August 24th, 2021 in his 71st year. Beloved husband of the late Donna Howell (nee Burnett). Loving father of Lori Burnett (Darryl), Jodi Howell and Michael Howell. Proud grandfather to Steven (Inessa), Jeffery, Jacob and Joshua. Brother to Mark Howell, Shelly Wilberg and Lisa Doherty. Son of Betty and Jim Howell. Dale will be missed by his many friends and family. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation at this time.
