JARVIS, Raymond

Veteran of W.W.II Canadian Army through Italy, Holland and Belgium - Passed peacefully at Leacock Care Centre in Orillia on Friday May 25, 2018 in his 99^th year.  Ray, loving husband to Shirley, will be sadly missed by his children Cheryl (Jim) Adams, Debra (Brian) Wilson, Robert (Jackie), and Thomas (John).  Ray will be cherished by his grandchildren Jason (Mike), Jimmy, Laura (Adam), Jennifer, Christopher, Kaitlyn, and Kenneth (Jessica), and by his great grandchildren Alyssa, Landon, and Kairi.  Ray is survived by his brother Reginald.  The family will receive relatives and friends at the Doolittle Chapel of Carson Funeral Homes, 54 Coldwater St. E., Orillia, (705) 326-3595 on Tuesday May 29, 2018 From 11 am until time of service in the chapel at 1 o’clock.  Interment at St. Andrews St. James Cemetery.  If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Orillia Branch of the SPCA and would be appreciated by the family.
