KAY, Frances Elizabeth

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Frances Elizabeth Kay, daughter of the late Howard Dobson and the late Irene Dobson (Boyd) on Tuesday March 24th at the age of 61. Frances, beloved mom of Jennifer (James) and Robert (Brittany). Cherished grandmother of Sierra, Aaron, and Spencer. Frances will be lovingly remembered by all family and friends. Thank you to all the amazing support staff that have helped Frances along the way. We know she is now with her beloved kitty Snicklefritts.
