Adele went to be with her LORD and Saviour, Jesus Christ, suddenly and unexpectedly, on July 27th, 2019. She was the loving wife and life's partner of her husband, Norman Kee, and adoring and selfless mother of Kevin (Anne-Marie), Kenneth (Mary-Beth), Karin Harris (Steve), and Kristen Fernandes (Keith). She was a special Nan to Jacob, Kathleen, Nathan, Rebekah, Amarra, Linnaea, and Gavin. Adele was the daughter of the late Joan (Edeltraut) Hoff and the sister of Angela Pfriem. She was a loving aunt to her nieces and nephews.

Adele was born in Germany on September 22nd, 1945, and emigrated to Canada as a child. She gave her heart to the LORD in her early teens and served Him throughout her life in various capacities.

For several years she was involved with Christian Women's Clubs in Orillia, serving as Chairperson to the first two clubs. She then became the area coordinator for the organization, and a frequent speaker at clubs across Ontario. She was also active in the planning and opening of the Orillia Christian School and was a member of its board for three terms. All the while she was active in her local church, directing junior choirs and leading youth groups.

She absolutely adored her grandchildren and loved the time she could spend with them. She was a dear friend and mentor to many, and generously invested of herself in others. She gave freely of her time, talents, and treasure wherever and to whomever was in need.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her family takes solace in knowing that she is now at peace, sheltered in the arms of her LORD.
