KEPKA, Garth

(February 23, 1969 - October 3, 2018) - It is with profound sadness that we share the news of Garth's passing, after bravely enduring numerous debilitating health issues.  Loving brother of Sheri Kepka and dear son of Victor Kepka. Garth will be sadly missed by his very special uncle Mike Carston (Sherry) of Kirkland Lake, and cousins Ahnna, David, Aiden- Rian, and Jeanie. He was predeceased by his loving mother Candace Carston.  Cremation has taken place. A private religious service for family and close friends will be held at Carson Funeral Homes – L.Doolittle Chapel  (54 Coldwater St. E Orillia, Ontario 705-326-3595) on Saturday, October 13, 2018.  Friends are welcome to gather for a time of reception from 11:30 am until 1:00 pm at the Old Rectory Reception Centre (57 Neywash St. Orillia).  If desired memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.  A heartfelt thank-you goes out to special friends in Orillia and surrounding area for their warmth and friendship, and to extended family for their kind words and support.  We are grateful that Garth was a gifted artist, and that his creative spirit lives on through his many wonderful works of art and sculpture.
