Passed away on Monday May 22nd, 2023, at the age of 76. Loving father of Kimberley Oliveira (Miguel) and Billy McFarland. Cherished grandfather of Peyton and Tristan. Bill will be missed and fondly remembered by Dianne, his family, and many friends.
