Passed away at the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital on Monday, January 18, 2021 in his 88th year. Victor, beloved husband of the late Carol Roseann (nee: Campbell) for 59 years. Loving father of Bob Mills, Gord Mills (Trish), Danny Mills (Judy) and Kim Pember (John). Cherished grandfather of Jennifer McKnight, Jamie Swire, Amber Pember & James Pember and Jordan David. Proud great-grandfather of Matthew, Ryan, Isaac and Desiree. Dear brother of Jimmy, Leonard, Agnes, Anne, Doris, Herb, Rose and Tom (all predeceased). Fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Scheduled visitation (by appointment only) will be held on Thursday, January 21st from 2-4 & 6-9 pm.
