It is with great sadness that we share Noah’s sudden passing on Saturday September 3rd, 2022 at the age of 58. Cherished partner of Anne Goossen. Dearly missed by his step-daughter Tia Payne. Dear brother of Dorry Payne (Kim), Derrick Payne (Ruby) and Blake Payne (Jackie). Loving son of the late Florence and Blake Payne Senior. Noah will be missed and lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, family and the many friends he made throughout his life. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service to celebrate Noah’s life will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street E in Orillia on Friday September 16th at 2:00 p.m.
