Doug passed away peacefully with Marg by his side at Soldiers' Memorial Hospital on Thursday, August 4th in his 73rd year.
Predeceased by parents Shirley & Wally Perigo. Dear brother of Lois (predeceased), Pat Eaton (Doug), Bob Perigo (Debbie), Karin Crooks (Mac), Marion (Ron Belaire) and Murray Perigo. Loving father of Megan (Kris) and Kevin. Predeceased by his son Kenny Perigo and daughter Tia Perigo.
Doug loved to fish and play darts. He was a member of the Army Navy Club in Orillia and enjoyed the many friendships made there.
The family wishes to extend a very sincere thank you to the nursing staff in the ICU at Soldiers' who went above and beyond to support Doug, Marg and the family through this difficult journey. Your compassion was very much appreciated.
There will be no service as per Doug's wishes.
