Angelo Peroni of Sebright, Ontario, passed away on 4 April 2024 but, don’t be fooled, he is busy planning eternity. Angelo was a perfect husband, father, grandfather, and son because he was always so thoughtful and creative in his solutions to everyday problems. He was born in Italy on August 23, 1949. His parents, Ida and Silvio, brought him to Canada in 1957. He married Gwen in 1971 and they shared 52 wonderful years together. They shared many common interests: family, camping, travel, and just plain enjoying the outdoors especially in the area where they lived.

He will be sadly missed by his two sons, Mike and Dan, and by his mother, Ida. His grandchildren: Justin, Jackson, Emma, Hannah, and Olivia will miss their Poppa who they loved and respected. Poppa always laid down the law but he was the one who got the most hugs and kisses. He gave careful consideration to everything thus making good decisions and giving his family the best quality of life possible. He also leaves behind many sister- and brother-in-laws as well as many nieces and nephews.

Ang wore many hats during his life but will be most remembered as a meticulous general contractor. He served his clients with respect, integrity, honesty and most importantly, he always did a great job. He was also a well-respected neighbour and friend who gave his advice and his opinions freely. He will be missed by everyone he encountered in his journey through life but especially by those closest to him.

He did not want a formal funeral or celebration of life so please raise a glass to the man who always showed up when you needed him. Messages of condolence are welcomed at www.mundellfuneralhome.com
