PETERSON, Lloyd Douglas ‘Doug’

Peacefully at home, with his wife at his side, on Sunday February 17, 2019, in his 63rd year, after a short battle with cancer. Doug Peterson, of Orillia, beloved husband of Christine (nee: Hotson). Loving brother of Susan Votour of Seguin Twp. Dear uncle of Andrew Votour and wife Lindsay and great uncle of new baby Lloyd. Loving son of the late Lloyd and Daisy Peterson. Doug will be missed by his mother-in-law Doreen Kelly, brother-in-law Randall Hotson and wife Debbie and their daughter Shelby, and by his numerous cousins and extended family. In keeping with Doug's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no service. If desired, memorial donations to the Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital or Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully appreciated.
