Passed peacefully at Sunset Manor on May 20th, 2023, at the age of 83. She crossed over holding her daughter (Candi) hand while listening to Randy Travis, Forever and ever, amen. It truly was a beautiful moment!
Cathie was the beloved wife of Allan Scott (predeceased) and Mervin Cuppage (predeceased).
Born in Orillia , Ont she was the sister to Maurice (predeceased), Mike (Sandy) and Christine Kilby. Mother to Kimberly Ann (predeceased), Candi (Paul Forget), Jamie (Laurie predeceased), Todd Cuppage and adopted daughter Laura-Lynn Kilby.
A awesome G-nan to Dawson Brown. A loved nana to Taulea,Colton,Sheldon Forget, Dylan,Luke,Matthew,Sam Cuppage and Nicole,Michael,Christina and Joe Owen.
A HUGE thank you to all staff at Sunset Manor for their love and support the last 5 years of Cathie’s life. I know most there will miss her witty spirit!
Following cremation Cathie will be placed at St James Cemetery with Mervin Cuppage and family. If desired, donations can be made to The Alzheimer’s Society to help in education and support or to The Stayner Legion.
