At Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket with family at his side on Thursday January 24th 2019 in his 66th year. Leonard Shackleton of Orillia, beloved husband of Denise Culbert. Dear son of the late William and Eleanor Shackleton. Loving brother of Ruth Ann McDonald (Norman Catchpole), Kathryn Cotton (late Ronald), and Martha Burnett (late Brian). Predeceased by his brother in law Michael McDonald. Len will be lovingly remembered by Denise’s son Matthew Culbert and his many nieces, nephews and friends.
A celebration of Leonard’s life will be held at the Lake St. George Community Centre, 3239 South Sparrow Lake Road, Severn on Sunday February 17th from 1 to 3 p.m. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated and will be received by the Simcoe Funeral Home- 38 James Street East Orillia.
