Passed away at Mariposa House Hospice, Orillia on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at the age of 91 years. Hazel, beloved wife of the late Clarence Sheppard. Loving mother of Carol Langdon (Bill), Clarence Sheppard, Victor Sheppard (Marjorie), George Sheppard (Heather), Peter Sheppard (Terri), Alex Sheppard (predeceased), Lorne Sheppard (Tracey) and Gloria Sheppard. Cherished grandmother of Stephen, Tanya,Cathy, Lisa, Billy Sue, Nicole, Debra Dawn, Shannon, Nicole, Michelle, Leslie, Curtis, Megan and Brianna. Proud great grandma of many wonderful great grandchildren that she loved dearly. Sister of Earl Canning and the late Basil, Norman, Ross and David.Hazel will be fondly missed and remembered by Fern, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A Private Family & close friends Graveside Service will be held at Bethel Cemetery, Gravenhurst on Friday, September 10, 2021 at 11 AM. Due to the restrictions there will not be a reception at this time but a Celebration of Hazel's Life will be held at a later date.
