Passed away peacefully at Mariposa House Hospice on March 1, 2024.
Born in Durham on June 17, 1952, Allan Wade of Oro-Medonte, was in his 72nd year. Beloved husband of Sandra Wade (nee Middleton) of Oro-Medonte. Loving father of Vicki Wade of Oro-Medonte, and Carrie Wade of Orillia. Cherished grandpa of Daniel, Riley, Darren, Levie, and Ryder. Dear brother of Gail, Tom, Nora, Barry, Karen, Lee and Lisa. Dear brother-in-law to Karen & Steve Maluske. Allan will also be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his parents Orville and Marge Wade (nee Crawford), brother Randy and sisters-in-law Jeannette Middleton and Joy Middleton.

Thank you to the wonderful RVH Emergency Care from Oncology, Dr. Nay and nurse Tracy, Oncologist palliative care unit, and chemo nurses. Many thanks to the RVH and Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Dr. Bailey & ICU team, soldiers one and the doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, PSW’s, and Julie patient coordinator. In keeping with Allan’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and a graveside service will be held in the spring at Hillcrest Cemetery.
