Passed away at Hospice Huronia, Penetanguishene on Sunday January 7, 2024 at the age of 74. Jim, beloved husband of the late Donna (nee Shaw). Loving father of Michael Waine (Jennifer) of Nova Scotia and Ryan Waine (Wanda Boismier) of Orillia. Cherished grandfather of Ashley, Erika, Alicia and Jaden. Proud great grandfather of Olivia and Maliyah. Dear brother of Carol Rathy (Alex) and Gale Baker (Murray). Sadly missed by nieces and nephews.
