No one was reported injured after a blaze caused extensive damage to a Penetanguishene home early Sunday morning.
Penetanguishene firefighters were aided by neighbouring fire departments to control the fire at the Champlain Road home, which was reported at around 3 a.m.
Southern Georgian Bay OPP closed the road between Beechcroft and Military Roads to allow crews unfettered access, but expected to have it reopen by 1 p.m.
The investigation into the cause of the blaze is continuing.
