Police are unlikely to release further information about an incident last week in Ramara that left a male dead.

A male’s body was found early in the morning on Nov. 8 near the train tracks in the area of Concession Road 1. Police have only described it as an incident “involving a train.”

On Friday, Orillia OPP Const. Ted Dongelmans said more details were not likely to be made public.

“It’s probably the type of incident we don’t normally release information on,” he said.

He noted the investigation is ongoing.
