A head-on collision Sunday evening led to injuries to a driver while another person was arrested for impaired driving.
The collision happened at 8:24 p.m. on Cundles Road West, near Sunnidale Road.
The road was closed until midnight.
Barrie police communications co-ordinator Peter Leon said one driver was taken to local hospital with minor injuries and the other was arrested for impaired driving at the scene.
Barrie firefighters were also called to the scene after one of the vehicles involved caught fire.
Leon said more details may be available on Tuesday.
