Driver, passed out at pumps, facing impaired charges: OPP

On Sunday, Nov. 13 at 2:35 p.m. Bracebridge Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were dispatched to attend a commercial area on Wellington Street in Bracebridge, when a member of the public pulled up to the gas station and noticed another motorist passed out at the wheel of their car.

Officers attended and subsequently arrested and charged 56-year-old Gavin Morrison of Bracebridge with operation while impaired and operation while prohibited.

He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on Dec. 6, 2022 to answer to his charges.
