One person suffered serious injuries in a two-vehicle collision Wednesday in Bracebridge.
Emergency crews responded at 5:15 p.m. to the collision on Highway 118 East, near Thompson Road. One driver was extricated by Bracebridge firefighters and taken to a local hospital before being transferred to a Toronto hospital with “serious, life-altering injuries,” Bracebridge OPP said in a news release.
The driver of the other vehicle was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
