A Gravenhurst man faces a number of charges after residents of the Lorne Street area reported that their vehicles had been entered and items stolen during the early morning hours of July 21.
As a result of this investigation, Bracebridge OPP arrested 33-year-old Randy Shanks of Gravenhurst who stands charged with:
• Theft CC 322(1) x3
• Mischief CC 430(1)(a) x2
• Trespassing at Night CC 177 x5
Shanks was held in custody to await a court appearance scheduled for later today.
Police remind residents to ensure that their vehicles are locked and if possible, parked in an area that provides lighting.
