A man who was staying at a motel in Gravenhurst is accused of stealing from the establishment.
On Dec. 31, Bracebridge OPP responded to a break-in at the motel on Highway 11 North. The motel owner checked surveillance footage of the incident, which occurred during the early morning hours, and recognized the suspect as a guest at the motel, police said in a news release.
Robert Noftall, 60, of Huntsville, has been charged with break and enter and theft under $5,000. He was held in custody and has a bail hearing scheduled for Wednesday in Bracebridge.
