A man is facing impaired driving charges after a crash on a Muskoka Lakes Township lawn.
It happened just after 10:30 a.m. Thursday on Muskoka Road 169.
Ontario Provincial Police were told the driver fled the scene.
Officers tracked down a suspect vehicle a short time later stopped on the roadway.
Taylor Scott, 35, of Lindsay has been charged with operation while impaired, possession of a Schedule 1 substance (two counts) and having care or control of a vehicle with cannabis readily available.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Bracebridge court Oct. 3.
