Man faces charges in series of 'historic' sexual assaults

The incidents reportedly occurred in Huntsville between 2001-2003 and involved a young person, OPP say

Members of the Huntsville OPP Detachment and Muskoka Crime Unit conducted an investigation into a complaint of a series of sexual assaults alleged to have occurred between 2001-2003 involving a young person.  

As a result of the investigation, Jordan (Dean) Riley, 55, of Huntsville, Ontario has been charged with two counts of adult sexual assault and two counts of adult sexual exploitation. 

The accused was released by way of an Undertaking and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Huntsville at a later date.  

Police are asking anyone who may have information regarding this investigation or if you have information regarding child exploitation, please contact the OPP at 705-789-5551 or at 1-888-310-1122.
