Numerous personal items, including the ashes of a family member, were stolen from vehicles in Penetanguishene on Wednesday.
Southern Georgian Bay OPP said someone tried to enter several vehicles on Murray Road between 1 and 3 a.m. Many of the vehicles were unlocked and items were taken, including a person’s ashes that were in a sealed plastic bag.
