Two teens face charges after teen was assaulted, thrown from pier

A 15-year-old male and 16-year old male were charged with assaulting a 14-year-old male on Tuesday, in Beaverton.

On Tuesday, June 8, 2021, at approximately 7:30 p.m., members from North Division were called to a residence in Beaverton regarding a young male who had been assaulted and thrown from a pier.

Videos of the assault emerged over social media showing the suspect pushing the victim off his bike before assaulting him. The suspect continued to assault the victim before another suspect assisted in throwing the victim over a pier. The victim suffered minor injuries as a result of the assault.

Investigators have charged the two young males with assault. They were both released on an Undertaking.
