A woman from the Toronto area was killed in a two-vehicle crash near the LCBO in Washago Monday.
The Orillia OPP say they, along with other emergency crews, responded to the two-vehicle collision on County Road 169, just north of Hamilton Street, at about 1 p.m. on Monday afternoon.
A 30-year-old female from the Toronto area was transported to Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital where she was pronounced deceased.
County Road 169 was closed for several hours while members of the OPP traffic management and enforcement (TIME) team were on scene to assist with the investigation.
The investigation is ongoing.
