A motorcyclist is dead following a crash on Highway 400 Thursday night near Bradford.
The rider was travelling at a high rate of speed before losing control and crashing into a wall, police say. The rider was pronounced dead at the scene.
All northbound lanes on Highway 400 were closed between Highways 88 and 89 late Thursday night into early Friday morning for cleanup and investigation by the Ontario Provincial Police. The highway has since reopened.
The investigation is ongoing, any witnesses are asked to call 905-841-5777.
