An arrest warrant has been issued concerning an ongoing shooting investigation at a hotel in Parry Sound.
On June 15, 2023, at 1:30 a.m., West Parry Sound OPP responded to a report of a person in hospital with injuries suffered during an incident at a hotel.
As a result of the investigation, Alexander Logue, 20, from South River and Shacquan Morris, 27, from Etobicoke, have been arrested and charged in connection with the shooting.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Alexander Youmans, 19, from Henvey Inlet First Nation, who is described as male, six feet tall (183 cm) and 135 pounds (61 kg), with black hair and brown eyes. It is believed that he now has short hair.
The ongoing investigation is being conducted by the West Parry Sound OPP Crime Unit, under the direction of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch.
