Police seek assistance in multi-snowmobile theft investigation (3 photos)

Three motorized snow vehicles stolen from Oro-Medonte business

The Orillia Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police are seeking the assistance of the public in relation to a break and enter at a local business compound from which three motorized snow vehicles were stolen.

Between Dec. 10, 2018 at 6 p.m. and Dec. 11, 2018 at 6 a.m., the perpetrator(s) entered the fenced compound of a Line 9 South, Oro-Medonte business which contained a large number of vehicles and machinery. A portion of the fence was torn down and three MSVs were driven from the yard. 

An OPP Scenes of Crime Officer attended and collected evidence left behind at the scene. Members of the Orillia OPP detachment and Community Street Crime Unit continue to investigate.
