I was at the public presentation of the three plans held at the library in early spring.
At that meeting most of the people did not like the Bold Plan. Some thought that a couple of the ideas in the Bold plan could be incorporated in the regular plan. Since then, in talking to several people, I had no one endorse the Bold Plan. How did the Bold Plan come up for approval.at council?
