The picture is changing. The majority of the infections are now appearing in the younger demographic. Is this due to the vaccinations for the elderly kicking in?

Once such incident did occur on Adair St last year where a home owner clear cut several large healthy mature trees because of an unfounded totally mistaken belief that they might be blown down. There needs to be some oversight.
