Two Midland Circle K robberies under investigation

Cash was stolen in both incidents; Police make an appeal for help to identify suspects in robberies

MIDLAND - Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Southern Georgian Bay detachment are seeking assistance from the public in solving two robberies that have occurred at Midland area Circle K Convenience stores recently.

On Nov. 8, 2019 OPP, officers were dispatched at 2:44 a.m. to a report of a robbery at the William Street, Midland Circle K store. The suspect had fled the scene with a quantity of cash from the store prior to the arrival of officers is described as being a male, 5' 8" tall, dressed in black clothing wearing a skeleton mask and sunglasses.

On Nov. 5, 2019 OPP, officers were dispatched at 3:22 a.m. to a report of a robbery at the Midland Avenue, Midland Circle K store. The suspect had fled the scene with a quantity of cash prior to the arrival of officers is described as being male white, 5' 5" tall average build dressed in black clothing and sunglasses.
